Carving Pumpkins

Andrew carved his first pumpkin this year (even though I did most of the gut cleaning). :) He loved it, even though it lasted about 5 days or so, which was odd. It didn't make it to Halloween, but we still had his Angry Bird pumpkin.

Trip to see Family

This past weekend, we went to go visit both sides of my family in southern Illinois. Andrew did such a good job in the car this year, and it was so wonderful to see everybody.

Pumpkin Patch and Craft Day

Yesterday we had our annual pumpkin patch and craft day with Tammy and her kids. The older Andrew gets, the more fun he has with other kids. He loves anything spooky and couldn't wait to show Kaden and Peyton how brave he was in the haunted shed.

The last few week have gone really great. Mike has been adjusting to his new job, and he seems to really like it. I started work on Monday, and I am so happy to be back in the swing of things. Andrew started up daycare again and has been doing wonderful. He doesn't take naps anymore, so he has been playing leap pad or watching a DVD while the other kids nap, and it has made a world of difference. He doesn't give me any grief about going over there. He told me again tonight how much he loves preschool and nothing could make me happier! Change has been good for us!
